Dalton-le-Dale Parish Council Annual meeting.

Annual Meeting of Parishioners to be held on the 8th May in St Andrews Church starting at 6.30pm.

This meeting is open to all Residents of the Parish.

The Chairman wishes to express her praise and thanks to those people who had entered the garden competition this year. The judging was difficult as all entries had worked work hard, planned their gardens well in advance and tendered their plants through a difficult wet summer. Despite this summer being a difficult year, competitors had overcome the elements of the weather and produced gardens worthy of display.

This year the winner of the best overall Garden goes to Corrine Henderson with Ernie Steel a close runner-up.
The Best low maintenance Garden goes to Alyson Dixon.

The competition will be run again next year.
